The limited first edition comprised 500 copies, each individually numbered and included a wax-sealed love letter in each copy.
The narrative follows an anonymous protagonist who, lost in the wilderness and awaiting the return of his love, begins constructing a boat for them to sail around the world. He spends his days hammering nails and his evenings varnishing wood. Stitching together the pages of love letters, he makes a sail, allowing the northerly winds to blow words of love across oceans.
Distributed through Waterstones and various independent bookstores in the UK.
