Meet the Founder

At Ink & Ribbon, our team is small by design — it’s led by Greg Allum.

For over 15 years, I’ve helped start-ups, scale-ups, and Fortune 500 companies unlock measurable growth. From leading an 80 person marketing team at Stand Together to scaling ARR from $0 to $25M at venture-backed companies, to guiding global brands like Sony and ESPN+, my work has always centered on one thing: creating growth through clarity, creativity, and economic thinking.

I’m also a published author and MFA in Creative Writing (Poetry). Storytelling shapes the way I approach growth — blending data with design, performance with narrative. Marketing is both art and economics, and I build strategies that connect the two.
